How Numbering Works.

Consignment Deadline.

Consignment Deadline.

Once consignment deadline has closed (February 3, 2026), all horses will then be assigned numbers. Several different things go into number assignment : number of horses a specific consigner sends in, time frame in which they were sent in, style or type of horse sent in, etc. We try very hard to be fair and keep the sale great all the way to the last horse.

All horses consigned before February 3rd will be in the catalog.

ALL HORSES MUST HAVE NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST.

However, as a way to try and prevent "last minute scramble," we have implemented our online consignment form. This form must be completed and submitted by February 3rd. YOU WILL HAVE TO UPLOAD YOUR COGGINS TEST IN THE CONSIGNMENT FORM.
